Life is a play. It is things going that way, and this way, things making sounds, and things not making sounds. It is music, it is art, it is play. Sometimes, tragedies are being played, sometimes comedies, and isn’t there beauty in both? There is no good and bad, you see. There is beauty in both good and bad, life and death, comedy and tragedy. The secret is to see this, truly see it for what it is.
See, you don’t have to take things so seriously. What’s so serious about a play? Yes, some plays are serious, but it’s still just a play in the end. Life can seem pretty grim sometimes, filled with suffering, disease, problems, and so on. But yes, in the end, it too, is really only a play.
Don’t try to control the play. Don’t try and make it something it isn’t. Because it will always remain a play, whether you want it or not. But isn’t this great, because we can just play.
